F.A.Q. Section
Where
is the training location and what time does it meet?
For
our program kick-off, we
meet at the CSUS Alumni Center. We are meeting there this year to
afford you a more comprehensive orientation program to start
the
season. Okay, the real reason is that it's a nice indoor facility that
is warm and dry! Who wants to stand around in the cold all
morning? Click
here for the CSUS Alumni Center map and directions.
After our January 9 kick-off,
our meeting location will move to our regular spot - William
Pond Park
in Carmichael - for our workouts throughout the season.
We start our training at 8:30 A.M. Not too early and not too late.
You'll be done before your family or friends are even awake. Click
here for the William Pond Park map and directions.
When does
the season start?
We start on Saturday, January
9, 2010.
How
much does the program cost?
Sacfit's 16-week program
costs only $85 for new team members and $75 for returning team members.
And for
all you get, it's the
best bargain in town!

Yes. But only through on-line

What if I
can't make it to the first January 9 start date?
Terrible things! Floods,
famine, pestilence. Well, maybe
that's a little exaggeration.
In fact, if you can't make the first date, no problem. Just come on out
the next week. We'll get you going then. But remember, we will be
meeting at William Pond Park after January 9.
If I'm a
walker, will there be other walkers, too?
You bet. Our walking group is
one of our largest groups. In past years, we have
averaged between 70-80 participants.
